Workshop – PPP: Pure Padmansana Preparation

When one thinks of getting into the lotus position (Padmasana) most people think flexibility, particularly of hips and knee area. Yes, this is true. But strengthening of all the hip and leg muscles plays a major role as well. Come and explore these aspects with Juliana.
